Screen Talent Europe Pitching Forum Thursday 10^th of June 2021

PARTICIPATE IN AN ONLINE PITCHING FORUM AT THE NORWEGIAN SHORT FILM FESTIVAL AND WIN 4000 EURO IN PRODUCTION SUPPORT FOR YOUR NEXT SHORT FILM

The Norwegian Short Film Festival (9th–13th of June 2021), in collaboration with Mediefabrikken and Screen Talent Europe, invite emerging producers, directors and screenwriters from Europe to pitch new short film projects at the Norwegian Short Film Festival in June. Pitching preperations will be held June 8^th and June 9^th. The pitch will take place June 10^th. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, everything will be held online.

In a 5 minute pitch, each participant will present their project to a jury and an online audience of potential co-producers, financiers and filmmakers. The best pitch will receive a production grant of 4000 EURO. 10 Short Film Projects will be pitched during the Pitching Forum.

 

Applications terms 

• To  participate you must have a connection to one of the Screen Talent Europe partners (work/live in the region). List of partners at the bottom of the page.
• The Pitch will be held in English. Please apply in English.
• Producers,  directors  and  screenwriters  must have  produced  at  least  2 films (short  fiction  or  documentary). 
• You  must  apply  with  a  project  in  development  (fiction  or  documentary)  with  a  maximum  length  of  30 min. 
• To participate you need to be available online for pitching preparations and technical check June 8th and 9^th, and or the pitching forum June 10th.

What  you  get 

As  well  as attending the pitch you will take part in: 

• A workshop  preparing  to the  pitch, with  online sessions with mentors from Mediefabrikken
• A networking  reception online 

You  will  also  get  a  free  accreditation for  the  digital festival program.
